Grass & Blast Property Solutions

When you want to support local go-getters with a desire to prove their service to you, I have to highly recommend Julio M. The man behind Grass & Blast Property Solutions. He asks for and appreciates clear instructions from new clients, then he delivers. GREAT attitude, GREAT communication and GREAT work. If you're in a pinch or need someone new all season (this!), definitely give Julio a call. More than mowing, weed eating and "blasting" -- see his card above and support the best. He was recommended to me and I'm grateful.

More than exceptional work. My yard looks killer and they were friendly and very easy to communicate with on what I wanted and they delivered plus they put all my lawn clipping etc in the ditch and spread them out . Definitely will be switching to this service and I recommend you all do the same .

these gentlemen are stellar great work ethic very respectable and trustworthy. They get the job done no matter what wouldn’t recommend anybody else.

These guys are great! We started with another company who just kept making mistakes, and just recently changed to these guys instead, wow what a difference! The grass looks more uniform, the landscaping was fantastic, and the leaders are actually enjoyable to talk to because they do what say they will do. Highly Recommend!

Julio did an excellent job on our yard. It was overgrown and we needed it done fast. He came out quickly, gave us a great price and quality service. We would recommend him to everyone!

Julio did a great job. Will be calling him for maintenance. He is reliable and good pricing. Shows up when he says he will and very responsive to messages.

Julio is amazing! He takes such great care of our yard and is super reliable. Would highly recommend to everybody!

A Two man team came in and did an excellent job of clearing out our plant beds, trimming all our hedges, and cutting back our trees. It was a big job and they did everything in a day and we’re still smiling at the end of the day. I would recommend and bring them in again.

Very pleased-they were able to add me on very last minute and complete our service the very same day . They did a wonderful job! Highly recommend !

Julio physically came out and saw the project area. He shook my hand and got right to work on estimating costs. Everything was very easy to understand and we had a specific request of no harsh chemicals that he more than accommodated. He is fast and dedicated. Everything we wanted to get taken care of was done quickly. Julio is very professional and very easy to speak with!

reliable and affordable. They do a great job on our 53 acre farm every week. I highly recommend them.

We absolutely love Julio! He’s been doing our lawn-care for ages and he’s professional, kind, and amazing at what he does! So thankful for him

Julio does a great job, is reliable, and always lets us know when he’s on his way. Highly recommended!

Julio is always kind consistent and reliable. His attention to detail is actually pretty remarkable. But overall he is always thinking of your time more than his time and I think that's what I like the most about his service is his kindness.

Juilo is fabulous! His prices are great and his work is even better!!!!!
